Dining
In the hotel’s own restaurant, already awarded 14 points by the prestigious Gault & Millau Guides, gourmets will find a creative menu heavily featuring regional and seasonal organic products. The kitchen team under lively head chef Giovanni Melis prepares an exciting variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. ‘Gio’, a native of Sardinia, has had his own TV show, and has served as Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s private chef. At La Colombe, he serves up Mediterranean cuisine with a creative twist. From spring to autumn, guests can enjoy food and drink on this unique location’s idyllic lakeside terrace, with stunning views of the water.
Other facilities in the hotel include a fitness studio with premium Technogym equipment, a personal trainer and a spectacular view of Lake Zug, the hotel’s own paddleboards for guests to explore the beautiful lake under their own steam; and of course, all the sights, art and cultural institutions in the historic old town can be booked through the hotel.
