From 30th January to 2nd February 2020, the second Connect Art Fair comes to the Mall Galleries, St James, London, with a special ‘London Calling’ exhibition focusing on the famous London art schools, London artists and of course works featuring famous landmarks, as well as everyday London life.
Connect – The Independent Art Fair is a new art fair, run by art dealers, bringing exhibitors and art buyers together in a fresh, informed, and vital way, offering a wide range of quality, vetted artwork under one roof.
Thirty- three exhibitors came together for the very first Connect Art Fair from January 29th-February 2nd 2019 at the Mall Galleries, London, and now the Winter 2020 Art Fair runs from Wednesday 29th January (preview) to Sunday 2nd February, with a new Summer Edition of the Fair to follow in June, running from Wednesday 24th (preview) to Sunday 28th.
Exhibitors include:
– dealers Antony Roe & Deana Moore, with a range of original prints, paintings and art books of the twentieth century; James Manning, with British fine art including posters and design; Ted Few, with modern British pictures, eighteenth and nineteenth century frames, classic drawings, sculpture, old master paintings and even naive art; Amanda Aldous, with mid- late 20th Century British and Contemporary Art from her gallery just outside Hook in Hampshire; Kelly Ross, with contemporary and Modern British paintings, prints, sculpture and ceramics; and many more including specialists in pastoral themes, the Scottish Colourists, nautical scenes, Midcentury British and Scandinavian works, and more.
