The New Luxury Cruises for 2020

For those looking to get away from life on land next year, Arts & Collections has put together a list of the most anticipated and luxurious new cruise ships taking to the seas.

Seven Seas Splendor

Sister ship to the Seven Seas Explorer, the Seven Seas Splendor aims to continue the luxurious traditions of the cruise line. With the maiden voyage departing in February 2020, the ship will sail from Barcelona to Miami, and include stop offs at destinations such as the Caribbean, North America and the Mediterranean. After the initial transatlantic voyage, the Seven Seas Splendor will cross through the Panama Canal, journeying from west to east, finally ending up in Los Angeles.

Scenic Eclipse II

This all-inclusive yacht ship has its very own submarine and helicopter for its guests to explore the world from all perspectives , as well as offering fine dining, exclusive events and shore excursions. Sister ship to the Scenic Eclipse, this yacht sets sail in April 2020.

Celebrity Apex

Celebrity Apex takes to the seas in April 2020. This ship is a world first, as it has brand new technologies onboard that enhance passengers’ experiences. For example, the ship includes a brand new technology called the ‘Magic Carpet’. This is the worlds first ever floating platform to reach 13 stories above sea level.

Silver Origin

Advertised as the most elegant ship to take to the seas of the Galapagos, the Silver Origin is arriving in July 2020. This is Silversea Cruises’ first destination-specific ship, offering immersive experiences of the Galapagos Islands along with lectures from experts.

Crystal Endeavor

Purpose built for the world’s coldest waters, the Crystal Endeavour is the world’s largest expedition yacht. Complete with 100 suites, the yacht will offer explorations of Antartica, taking to the Ross Sea and the Antarctic Circle.
